This time of the year we read those articles in newspapers, online blogs suggesting the foodie trends for the new year ahead.
Got me thinking about my annual foodie goals..
The stews and casseroles one appears every year but I need to improve my effort with that one this year. No pressure but it’s always good to try something new or something not made in a long while or to make a home-made version of a delicious meal you had out somewhere. Even better make a home-made (much tastier, cheaper and healthier) version of a takeaway meal. And freeze the leftovers especially the stews and curries.
